Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and TheRealFollowers Ltd. (“TheRealFollowers”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, browsing the store, or using any tool on therealfollowers.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. Together they form the entire agreement between us.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. What we sell

TheRealFollowers provides paid social media engagement services: followers, likes, views, subscribers, and comments for public profiles and content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and related platforms. Every service is digital and delivered to the public @username, channel handle, or content URL you provide at checkout.

We never log in to your account, post on your behalf, read your direct messages, or change your settings. Delivery is inbound only. Your credentials stay yours.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that you own or have clear permission to promote every profile and post you submit.

Ordering for someone else’s account without their permission is not allowed and may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate public identifiers (never passwords; we will never ask for one).
• Keep the target profile or post public and unchanged for the duration of delivery.
• Follow the terms of the platform you are growing on (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others).
• Use the Service only for lawful promotion.
• Make any paid-partnership or sponsorship disclosures required by law or platform rules when purchased engagement is part of a commercial promotion.

You are responsible for understanding how purchased engagement interacts with platform rules. We explain what we deliver; you decide whether a given order fits your goals and obligations.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Every price shown in the store includes VAT where applicable. The price you see is the price you pay. Purchases are one-time payments processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

An order becomes binding when payment clears and enters our delivery queue. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, technically undeliverable, or in violation of these Terms, with a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Delivery

Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates based on recent medians, not guarantees. Gradual delivery spreads an order across the window you select so growth looks natural. If a destination platform slows down or has an outage, delivery pauses and resumes rather than failing silently.

Making an account private, renaming it, restricting it, or deleting the target content during delivery may interrupt the order and can affect refill and refund eligibility as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Refills and refunds

Qualifying count drops within 30 days of completed delivery are refilled automatically at no charge. Refund eligibility, including our money-back guarantee for orders that fail to start, is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to promote content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or involves hate, harassment, or exploitation; to manipulate financial markets; or to interfere with the Service itself. We may decline or cancel any order that violates this section.

9. Platform relationships

TheRealFollowers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google, or any other social media platform. All platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Platforms set their own rules and may change them without notice. We do not control platform decisions about reach, ranking, monetization, or account status.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, tools, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as described in these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that purchased engagement will produce any particular commercial outcome, ranking, reach, or revenue. Results vary by niche, content quality, and platform behavior.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits of liability) survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected.
