Gradual delivery is available on every package at no extra cost. If a platform has a rough day (outages, API slowdowns), delivery pauses and resumes rather than failing: your order never silently disappears.

What we will never do

Trust is easier to keep than to win back, so the boundaries are hard ones.

  • We never ask for your password. Delivery works from your public @username alone. Anyone who asks for login credentials to deliver followers is a risk you should walk away from, including us if we ever did.
  • We never act as your account. No posting, no liking, no following from your profile. Your account does nothing; it only receives.
  • We never recycle accounts against you. The accounts that follow you are not unfollowed later to be resold to someone else. Drops that do happen are covered by the refill guarantee.
  • We never charge silently. Every purchase is a one-time payment with VAT included in the displayed price. There is no subscription to forget about.

If something drops

Why do you only need my username?
Because delivery is inbound. Accounts follow your public profile the same way any user would, which requires nothing more than knowing your handle. Anything that requires a password is doing something to your account rather than for it.
Will the growth look natural?

Can I pause or change a running order?
Gradual orders can be paused from the status link in your confirmation email. Completed portions cannot be undone, but the remaining schedule is flexible.
What if delivery is slower than the estimate?
The status page always shows real progress. If an order genuinely stalls past its estimate, support can restart it, upgrade its priority or refund the undelivered portion. Slow and honest beats fast and fake.
